Crystal Woods is a mother of two and works full time as an RDA ( Registered Dental Assistant) for private practice in Nj with special needs children and the general population for the last 14 years. She entered the fitness industry in 2012 as a transformation with a new purpose and passion for life. Crystal is co- owner of Team Synergy ( training, nutrition, and contest prep) as well as Quarter Turn Posing Studio and is currently studying with a focus on nutrition and training.
