Lance Tyler has been a professional photographer since 2001. Photographing everything from babies to school portraits to corporate events to sports and drag racing. From working on advertising campaigns and catalogs, to working with mainstream as well as adult actors and actresses and models. He has been in the fashion and entertainment industry for many years and eventually made a name for himself working with models and rap artists. He has been a contributing photographer for many of the magazines you see on the shelves and newsstands specifically in the urban glamour section (SHOW, Black Men, Owner’s Illustrated, Hush, to name a few). Lance was the Director of photography for ‘Candy Pages’ magazine, an Atlanta based magazine. He is the current Director of Photography for ‘Got Curves Magazine”, based here in NJ. Lance has been a strong advocate for size acceptance in the entertainment industry more than having “unhealthy stick figure supper skinny models on the runway that are supposed to represent the masses”. He is a video editor and has done so since 2005 working on a few indie short films and was also a contributor to the Art Community in the city of Newark NJ. Lance has been a web designer since 1998, honing his skills by teaching web design during the days of AOL Version 2.0.
